Each major muscle movement in the body will be covered. You will learn upper, lower
and sideline techniques combined with motion - passive, active, and rocking, which,
when applied in the right order, recondition the body's muscles. You will learn
beneficial hand techniques that apply compression, stretching and separation of the
muscles to release adhesions in the fascia, clear trigger points, and encourage the
joints to move freely. These techniques will allow you to work through the muscles more
effectively and with ease.
Most importantly you will learn to be mindful of your own body, posture and breathing
in order to protect yourself from injury and, at the same time, add strength and energy
to your therapies.
